Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We only accept refunds or exchanges under these conditions:
- You received a defective item, or
- We sent you the wrong item from what you ordered, or
- You need a size exchange – depending on stock availability.
Conditions
To be eligible, please make sure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The request for refund or exchange is made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange. (Sale items are not eligible.)

- Order ID
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)
