Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We only accept refunds or exchanges under these conditions:

  1. You received a defective item, or
  2. We sent you the wrong item from what you ordered, or
  3.  You need a size exchange – depending on stock availability.

Conditions

To be eligible, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The request for refund or exchange is made within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange. (Sale items are not eligible.)

How to Request

To request a refund or exchange, simply email us at 📧 admin@lollybloom.com.my with your:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)
